The staff members are all wonderful. I love the atmosphere. There’s no need to feel intimidated, because it’s a gym for regular people, not competitive body builders. The equipment is all very user friendly, and there is always somebody willing to help. 😊
My son had bilateral hip surgery in October. Jessica started working with him shortly after his cast was off and she has been incredible. She helped him get back to his normal happy self. His range of motion is amazing compared to before surgery. It wasn’t an easy road but she definitely made things better for him! 💙. Thank you guys for being patient with his ever changing schedule and needs.
I could not have been more pleased with the staff!! Such a friendly environment!
