Been there several times over the years and always come out a new man. Most recently I developed plantar fasciitis from hiking and was limping badly. After 8 weeks I am back out on the trails again with no pain. Dean and Pete are two great guys who work with you to get your body working again.
I have reaped the benefits of working with Dean at Physical Therapy Plus a number of times in the course of various surgical recoveries. Most recently I was recovering from a knee revision (replacement of a replacement), and he and Pete tailored every exercise to my progress, which changed daily. Their guidance gave me the tools and confidence to continue my progress - and I am not essentially pain free!
Pete and dean are extremely knowledgeable and always there to push you to your full capability.
Pete and Dean are exceptional physical therapists. They take the time to really understand and listen. They are great teachers and don't overwhelm you with too much! They truly set you up for success not only to reach your PT goals but also for after you leave PT. I feel confident that I can continue to implement all that they have taught me! I’ve been to PT Plus for two different things in the past 3 years or so. Dean and Pete are the best. They explain why a certain therapy works, and make sure you get good results.
I went to Physical Therapy Plus because of ankle pain. Dean was very helpful, kind, knowledgeable and encouraging. He was able to explain the reason for each of the stretches and answered any questions I had. I would recommend Dean and Pete to anyone. They helped me a great deal.
Over the past 2 years I’ve had the need for physical therapy twice. First was a double knee replacement and the other a likely small rotator strain/tear. In both cases I had incredible results. I know others who had replacement surgery and their rehab did not go as well as mine. Dean and Pete do an amazing job of teaching you the necessary movements, explaining what is being accomplished, and allow you to progress at a reasonable pace. I recommend Physical Therapy Plus to all my friends and family.
Dean and Pete are great. They have helped me immeasurably; but more than that, they're positive and supportive; and they've made me better able to help myself. I would go to them for any physical problem I might have.
