Beware. These people do not know dry needling. I have had it many times for a common hip injury. The rookie they assigned to me attempted this invasive procedure, could not even find the injury site, which is like hitting the broad side of a barn. Then the owner, Matt, sent me to collections for refusing to pay. Unbelievable.
I had one wonderful experience with Chris, but my second visit was abysmal. The staff lacked interest, was unprofessional and left me doing multiple sets and repetitions as she took her time to check on my progress and to make sure I was doing the exercise correctly. Most disappointing is when I left they cancelled all of my appointments without my requesting that and when I talked to Chris about my experience he made no attempt to keep me as a client, as I was willing to do, and basically said I wrong in my assessment an... read more
