Pleasant office, friendly staff, attractive & knowledgeable receptionist, very good technician
I have been to many dentists and never got over a fear of pain, feeling very uncomfortable. My last visit was a long time ago and so bad that I avoided going back. What a different experience I had at Dental Arts of Plano. A friendly, gentle and competent doctor that even made drilling seem like a Sunday stroll! The staff patiently explained my insurance plan and gave me lot's of useful information on the procedure. I lost my fear and already booked my next appointment!
We probably never will - but you will like these folks and they way you are treated. Drilling and pain are never any fun - but they make it as pleasant as is humanly possibley.
Everyone at this office is great! Great dental care by Dr. Amer, Meg and the rest of the staff are professional and accommodating.
I am really satify with the warm welcome from the all the staff at Dental Arts of Plano. I have finally found a dentist that I really like and will continue to use as my primary dentist. I will highly recommed to my family and friends.
We have gotten started with 6+ years neglect and they are doing the best they can. I am happy with the way they try to comfort me when what I am going through is just impossible to be all "roses". Great staff and real attention to my comfort.
I was charged $75 for periodontal maintenance, but I didn't get home with it. Please check if I was to take something home with me yesterday. Thanks.
