Everyone was very thorough, professional and nice. Very up-front about service's , instructions on procedures and all fee's.
Dr. Johnson and the business manager did a great job of helping me make a decision about extractions and dentures. The two girls in the office, Grace and Gracie, we’re good receptionist. Only complaint is that while the business manager said insurance would not cover any of the dentures, when I called the community care premium plus, they said it would cover about half. That makes a big difference. Probably best to check the insurance before giving inaccurate information as some of us are not rich
The staff and Dr. Were very professional and very nice. You know this is a time when big decisions need to be made, and this staff make it easier to do that. When you leave there you know what the next step will be. Thank you for making me feel better.
They are amazing! I didn't feel judged or stupid for being in there... They were super kind and so very helpful!!! They have made me excited to get all this work done when before I was so very scared... I would recommend them to everyone!
Make the call, you won't regret it. The staff here cares and listens to the patient. Short wait time and they'll work within any budget.

Both Jenks and BA Offices are excellent. Very kind and professional staff. They made and have maintained my dentures for 11 years now. My adult kids also get there dental and cleaning services from this office. Recommend for everyone I the family!
