Process went great, they were on time, pleasant and professional. I'm not anxious about dental cleanings but they were very gentle yet effective.
I didn't even time to sit down in the waiting room. They saw me walk in and said, "we're ready for you - come on in". That means a lot when medical professionals respect your time and it's much appreciated. The hygienist remembered my hobbies and asked how they are going. Amazing considering this is someone you see for 30 minutes twice per year. I'm more impressed with this operation every time I go.
Had a filling done. Nice and relaxed office. Calm music playing. Dr Felix is awesome.

My routine cleaning was both thorough and pleasant. As is the norm at this practice, patient comfort is first and foremost. They use the most current technology which enhances the visit. I am very happy that we changed our dental care provider when we did. Five years of great service and care.
