This place is run so poorly. Be very careful of how much you will be charged. I had called to confirm my PT copay before the appointment but I was told the cost is now doubled when I arrived for my appointment. I would have appreciated if they have done their homework to let me know that the cost has now changed. It wasn’t even just about the cost, the staff managed in so portly, almost blaming me. They are NOT Transparent about the cost, so BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!
Left feeling disappointed and a little uncomfortable with how things were being run/managed. The PT who I saw was nice and professional but it was their first day in office and they seemed to have had little to no time to review my information. I had to pull up my MRI results in my personal email. The front desk was closed by the time my appointment finished and the office was completely empty. Lastly, as an athlete and someone who does a lot of other sports/outdoor activities the type of PT offered was pretty inadequate.
Carrie is amazing! You couldn't ask for a more upbeat, encouraging and knowledgeable physical therapist. I've seen many PTs and she is hands down the absolute best. She worked with me after knee replacement surgery. I highly recommend. Book early because her schedule is full.
I saw Michelle Osgood for Physical Therapy after knuckle replacements on both hands and I could not have hoped for a better PT! She was knowledgeable about the procedure I'd had as well as the needed therapy (and contraption). She took great care of me and my recovery was fantastic. I can't recommend her enough! The front office staff is also lovely to interact with for calls and appoointments. I'm glad to have completed PT, but will miss seeing all of the lovely people at this office.
