El día de hoy 8 de agosto 2025 acudimos a la segunda sesión de terapia física de mi hijo un niño de 9 años, el personal de hoy no fue cortés, poco amable, no empatico dado a que como mamá no me permitió que ingresara a acompañarlo dado a que es un niño (menor de edad), el día de ayer que fue la primera vez fue por otro personal, los cuales fueron muy amables. Como madre y responsable de mi hijo no estoy en acuerdo en no poder vigilar la atención y seguridad de mi hijo.

I’m not one to write reviews but I must say I am extremely impressed with the customer service I have received from PTN. I’m all the way in NY and my mom lives in Florida and needs to get some PT done which was when I found PTN on google. Arleen has been so hands on, keeping me up to date, reaching out for follow ups etc. knowing that I am so far away she makes me feel super present. Thank you Arleen and the PTN staff
