I went to see Dr. Charlie in April after attending one of his back pain seminars in March. Mind you, I didn't have back pain. One morning I woke up and literally had to lift my left arm with my right hand??!! By the end of my FIRST appointment, I had enough strength with minimal discomfort to function normally (for me). I did something to my hip flexor on my left side, either doing plie squats and/or cleaning my back car windows in a weird position. I tried to treat it myself with Biofreeze and Naproxen. That did not work, so I thought I'd go to the family doctor but then decided to try physical therapy with Dr. Charlie. I was having trouble walking, sitting, lifting my leg up and tying my shoes. Dr. Charlie Johnson is excellent to detail and understanding your needs and concerns. He thoroughly spends time with you and helps you understand where your pain is coming from. He is willing to work with you if you have multiple body parts that are giving you problems. Within four visits my range of motion in my shoulder was improved 100%. No pain in my mid back. I began watching Dr. Charlie's videos on YouTube and emailed him asking about my herniated disc. Charlie called me here in Nebraska to talk with me and give me exercises to do for a fast track to recovery! He has helped me a TON with my disc therapy. I highly recommend Dr. Charlie!
