Joy the call rep was very damn rude when I called asking to make a new appointment as a new client she wasn't informal over the phone especially for someone who is working as a call center representative for any business period. Maybe someone else should answer their calls because I was just in a car accident, and I have no time to play games and have a person laugh at me over the phone in my condition.
