The entire team at PTCoE is great! Professional - yet friendly. The facility & equipment is top notch. Rick is the Best! I had been to other physical therapy groups for the same hip problem but none of them ever brought me the pain relief that I have now. Rick always explained the "how & why" of the exercises and stretching. I continue to do some routines at home. I highly recommend Rick and his staff at PTCoE.
The entire team at PTCoE is very professional. I started going after I sustained a severe left ankle sprain during a soccer game. The environment is welcoming and warm. I was always pushed to take the next step in my care when both I and Rick saw fit. There was no being held back, but also no being pushed beyond my limits. I looked forward to going to my PT sessions (even though I had to work out). They got me back up and running to play the sport that I love! Highly recommend this outstanding practice.
Rick and his team were terrific. This was my first PT experience after arthroscopic knee surgery, and it could not have gone better. Highly recommended
When my teenage son, a competitive swimmer, was diagnosed with a congenital problem with his knee, his doctor referred us to Rick. Not only did Rick work with my son to strengthen his knee, eliminate his pain and get him back in the pool, but he also prepared him with exercises he can use on his own to maintain his knee stability. Rick, Kristy and their team have created a fun and caring professional environment that makes working with them a pleasure!
Rick, and everyone else at the Physical Therapy Center of Excellence, are the best! I received excellent treatment for both my Achilles tendon and my back problems. I was struggling with back pain for years, even tried epidural injections. The injections helped somewhat, but Rick's therapy sessions helped me turn the corner and get the pain relief I really wanted. Now I'm virtually pain-free, and Rick's exercises help keep me that way. I used PTCoE to help with shoulder issues I was having. Due to my work schedule, I required evening hours, and Kristy worked wonders to get me in at times that worked for me. I had the pleasure of working with both Rick and Karin, and both are exceptional, caring professionals who understand the patient's limitations, and work within those, while always pushing you to do more (aka get better). Not only was it an excellent experience that made my recovery pleasant. The staff was very nice and helpful with appointments. Also, Rick helped out with the small issues that were important to me. Such as what to use outside of his care with different apparatuses and where to purchase them. Thanks you
Rick and his staff are all excellent in their various assignments, efficient, effective and highly professional. The care that I received in the rehabilitation of my knee after replacement surgery was outstanding and I am currently fully functional and back to all normal routines and physical activities. I highly recommend the Therapy Center to any and all who are in need of any kind of rehab protocol that will assist in reaching the desired results.
I can't say enough great things about Rick and how he got me walking again without a boot or knee brace. I came into his office a bit of a mess and upon discharge left with confidence he gave to continue getting stronger on my own. Thank you Rick, for helping my body heal.
