Update: Even after speaking with a manager from Beacon and getting even more bills, I’m so glad I did not return to physical therapy. My advice: know exactly how long each appointment is. I wish I had kept records. The charges are outlandish and the amount of one-on-one time is minimal. The therapists are working with other patients and helping one another while giving a side glance and an exercise while still working on others. So much money WASTED and so little attention.
