Go to ORTHO CINCY! Beacon is a joke! I just tried to schedule an appointment for a neck injury and was told I can’t be seen unless I pay $500! I’ve made payments every month, but they locked my account! For what? The person on the phone confirmed my payments. January $75, February, $100, I even made 2 payments in March! Still won’t see me! They need $500 for me to be seen. That’s awful! Needless to say, I will not be going back to Beacon. They don’t care about your health and well being.
