I have dealt with Dr. Mark Merrell for many years and he is always professional and willing to fix whatever the problem is, or refer a patient to someone else in his office. The inside office personnel are also very kind, helpful and understanding. Thank you for this organization.
RecommendedCaring, Compassionate Staff. The office is genuinely dedicated to your personalized treatment and goals. Finding a medical team that takes time to explain procedures/results and allowing the patient to address questions/concerns, is hard to encounter today. I highly recommend TCO to anyone that is looking for a medical team that goes above and beyond the scope of care for their patient.
Recommendedupdate. Wish I could get the app to work. Surgery results were incredible. Literally Skipping after one day. Just had my post-surgery follow up and if you have a list of questions they will be answered. Overall I would recommend Dr. Hansen to anyone. Dr Hansen was apologetic for running late. I appreciated that. However, I still would have appreciated MY time to try and understand the diagnosis. He appeared to be trying to make up being late for the next patient.
