Caring people at the front desk. Nice nurse. Karen could slow down. She always seems to be in a rush. I have questions and before I finish them, she says, "Got it." I would like her to listen to me until I'm done.

Front and back desk personnel are always very polite and helpful and most important respectful. My Dr and his assistant's answered all my questions very caring over all is an excellent clinic.
