The staff is professional as well as friendly and the doctors are very personable.
Dr. Fitzgerald performed a very successful hip replacement surgery on my husband 2 yrs ago. We recently saw him for a consultation regarding an unsuccessful repair of a broken arm/shoulder (by another physician) that occurred last yr. after my husband fell and broke it. Dr. Fitzgerald gave us our 1st ray of hope that the arm could be repaired correctly. We're looking forward to scheduling that surgery. We have a great deal of faith in TCO, the professional, friendly and courteous staff, and especially Dr. Fitzgerald.
I was able to get in very quickly to see the doctor. The staff was very professional, i was seen at my appointment time and all my concerns were addressed.
Great medical care. During this COVID time all precautions taken. Dr. Stevens is great.

The staff is friendly and helpful from the front desk people to the nursing staff and the physicians. Dr Merrell is always attentive to my concerns and answers them thoroughly. He listens and asks my input into my healthcare options. They follow up with phone calls quickly and are always willing to ensure any questions are answered.
I was referred here by my mother because my knees were killing me. Staff was friendly and Dr. Merrel explained everything that was happening and how to proceed. The facility is beautiful and filled with cool sports memorabilia! Highly recommend TCO!
