Kayla Rocco was wonderful. Very profesional, knowledgeable. She found the correct hearing aids for me and even followed up for a second visit. Answered all my questions about care of the hearing aids and what to expect with wearing hearing aids for the first time. Very compassionate especially when I am wearing aids for the first time.
My husband Thomas Holena saw Kayla Rocco for a hearing test. We drove up to the Tamaqua office from Easton and we were very glad we did. She was very professional and pleasant. She answered all of our questions. We have since recommended her to family friends.
