There is very little waiting time, the staff are knowledgeable, cleanliness seems to be important. Lex was my main staff and he was not only knowledgeable but he explained things well and was encouraging.
Burt and the staff were so helpful. They were friendly and caring. I went in with some neck issues. After about 6 weeks of therapy I no longer suffer from neck pain. I also have some exercises that I can do at home to help prevent the same issues. I truly appreciate Burt and the staff for what they have done for me.

I have had the opportunity to have therapy at other places but Physical Therapy Associates far exceeds the other places I have been. The staff is always friendly and show concern for your well being. When I started therapy after back surgery my muscles felt very weak and the simplest activity tired me quickly. Burt Frank is an outstanding therapist and worked with me to strengthen my back and core muscles. He always motivated me to exceed my own expectations. This is my first time to have any kind of physical therapy. I was very impressed to see how friendly and how much they care about your specific need and what it takes to get you back to being healthy. I would recommend Physical Therapy Associates to anyone.
It's hard to put into words everything that the staff has done for me. Traci, Austin and Jaron are top notch. They are caring and compassionate and praised every milestone I accomplished. If I have the need for pt again I know where I'll go!
