It’s a hopeless place. They don’t even know what they are doing. I went there for my ankle stiffness. Which was the root cause. My ankle issue lead to knee pain and hip. But the lady there gave me exercises for it band. I took 3 sessions there over a course of 3 weeks. I saw no improvements. On top of that they will say there’s no copay but will charge you $70 per visit. Beware of that. Then I went to east subarban sports Medicine. They helped me get better in about 4 weeks.
