I went to Tri-City Physical Therapy in 2012. The bill was paid when I left. Four years later I receive a bill for $100.00. The billing department screwed up. I should of paid my deductible before service was rendered. This facility waited four years to bill me. Now they threaten me to turn me over to collection four years after my physical therapy. There must be a status of limitations. There are better physical therapy to go. Gasper in Carlsbad or Encinitas.
