The office staff were kind & the office was very clean. The tech that did my procedure was gentle & caring. Very different from the other place I have been.
Dr Tham is an exceptional doctor. very happy with him and the help i was receiving. The problems I was having prior to giving up with his office was that I was unable to get appointments with Tham. I was told I had to see his assistants even though he said to make sure I only saw him? He was scheduling a new course of action on my neck and said he was submitting it to my insurance for authorization and after waiting 6 weeks for a call I called the office, no one had any idea and said they would call back. that evening I rece... read more
