Dr Simmons mismanaged my pain pump. He kept me on high doses of oral opiates while microdosing my pump without anything but single pain medication going into the catheter. My first refill was done by a doctor who had never done this before and a non medical device representative was instructing him by her cell phone!! The pump wasn’t turned back on for an entire month. He ghosted me for the almost 2 years I had the device in. Horrible spasms and increased pain until I demanded he remove it due to a diagnosis of metal hyperse... read more
