Dr. Primack is the most caring doctor that I have seen thus far. I feel like he truly cares about my wellbeing, and listens to my concerns. He always listens without judgement or putting me down. He allows me to have an opinion on my care, and always asks if I have any questions or concerns. He is what a doctor is truly out to do…care for his patients. Dr. Primack listened to everything I shared & answered all of my questions. I felt like he looked at me as a whole person instead of mere symptoms to treat. My assessment and treatment plan with hormone therapy was incredibly comprehensive & feel better than I have in 15 years!
Dr. Oswald performed my breast reduction surgery in October. She has been extremely attentive and thorough throughout the entire process, and every aspect has been handled and approached with utmost care. I would highly recommend everyone stay away from this office and practice. Not because the doctors aren't good, or thorough (though I got no real help or answers to assist in my own condition), but because their billing department(s) have no regard whatsoever for their patients and their finances or time. I was referred here (nearly an hour drive from my house) and called ahead to confirm the doctor I was seeing was in-network for my insurance, which they said he was, and my insurance confirmed.
