I came to Melody after a string of so-so PTs and bodywork people. I have Lyme disease, and after seven years, many of my body's major structural muscles had turned off or weren't working. I could barely use the left half of my body (and I'm a drummer). If not for Melody's skill, I'd probably still be that way. She is on a much higher level than most Bodyworkers. As an Ironman athlete, I have been seeing Melody for years now, and recently booked a 5-session pass as I was training for my sub-10 hour race goal. I saw her with soleus pain, she fixed it. I saw her with IT band pain, she fixed it. I saw her with hip pain, and she fixed it. I went on to racing without any pain, and achieved a record of 9 hours and 38 minutes. Melody knows anatomy, fascia and muscle function like no other masseuse I have found. I rely heavily on Melody to keep me pushing my athletic ceiling.
