I had an outstanding experience at this physical therapy facility, largely thanks to Alex R. I find it very strange that this business only has five reviews in 5 years. I was very unhappy after my one session and did not go back. I arrived 15 minutes before my schedule time as I was told I needed to complete paperwork. When I arrived there was a temp receptionist and she had trouble finding my paperwork. Then I sat there for another 15 minutes when a therapist came out and said I was early and I said no I'm on time my appointment was 15 minutes ago and then she looked at her book and said I was right. Everyone here is so kind and helpful. My treatment was great and my therapist, Dr. Kaplan, made sure I was comfortable during every visit. He pushed me to strengthen my core to help my back and taught me exercises to do every day to minimize my pain. Not only is the staff lovely, but the facility is tidy and very clean. I would definitely recommend coming here, the staff eased my anxiety at every turn.
The entire staff at Bridgewater Physical and Occupational Therapy are extremely nice. Jared worked with me for a fracture in my elbow and possible torn meniscus. He was professional from day one and I appreciated the fact that he listened to my concerns and worked with me on a plan to help me heal. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a great Physical Therapist!
