TLDR - if you have sciatica, make an appointment with Anthony and trust the process. After seeing multiple therapists and not having any meaningful results i decided to give physica a go because my insurance has them listed as preferred provider. I kept my expectations low as i thought recovering from sciatica is going to be a long and slow journey- but i was wrong. After the very first session i knew i was on the right track - and now after a month, i am almost at 100%. Cant recommend Anthony enough.
