First time ever going. Have not been taken care of my diabetes. Most drs office honestly just act like they dont care like your just money coming through the door. This place though, they acted like i was part of the family like it was a real concern for them that my sugar was too high and the Dr. Dianna really listened to me and i felt like a weight lifted off my shoulders. Like finally a Dr and staff that care.. Was an Amazeing experience.. Thank yall a million times over...

I arrived at 9:20 AM for my 10 AM appointment. I waited over two and a half hours. Everyone else went before me including people that told me their appointments were after mine. It was 17 degrees outside that morning and no one told me they don't have heat in their lobby. The pain from the cold forced me to leave after still not seeing anyone after that two and a half hour wait. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
