Dr. McGowen is the best doctor in Lindale. Love her like I did Dr Hand. Thank God he landed her in this facility that needed someone who cares and goes the extra mile! Without her I would still be living my life not knowing I have cancer. Best crew ❤️ I would say, if you asked me where to go, I would say to Dr McGowen 100%. EDIT: Denied heart and blood pressure prescription renewal until my appointment 2 weeks from now. Never have missed an appointment. This is just a money scam. This happened on 25 June 2025. In addition, had to contact corporate to get them to answer the phone after attempting to call from 0800 to 1100. Do not choose this facility. You have been warned. Terrible follow up by the staff. This place sucks from the staff to the Dr. They are not for the patients anyone who wants to go will be wasting their time. When Dr. Hand was there he cared & listen to his patients even the staff was great. But now this place has low stars across the board all the reviews has been about how good Dr. Hand was how this place give patients the run around.
