I am a physician, and I believe this is the best doctor I have ever seen. Gracious, complete, caring, always follows up immediatley with questions/inquiries. I am fortunate to be her patient.
Dr. Kwok has a great demeanor, takes her time to talk to you and is a knowledgeable physician. She gives practical evidence based guidance and she explains the "why" of what she is advising. Just had my third physical with her and feel lucky to have her as my doctor.
Impossible to get an appointment, so much so that it has been three years since my last appointment. I finally just decided to make one for months out only to find out that they won't schedule me since it has been pre than 3 years, I'd be considered a new patient. Ridiculous.
Had my first appointment today. The experience is the best I have had in all my years seeing doctors. Front desk staff attentive and caring and fast and capable. Got me checked in fast. Rebecca was my nurse and she was kind and thorough and efficient. Dr Kwok herself also really thorough and nice and knowledgeable. Everyone I worked with was stellar.
