Phyllis is AMAZING, her whole team is. This is the second time I have worked with her-- first in buying my first home years ago, and now selling my parents' home after they passed. Obviously they were two very different types of circumstances and Phyllis met me where I was, emotionally and logistically, both times. She gets the job done, but really cares.
