We came in two weeks before Valentine's Day, one of the busiest times of the year for florists. Phyllis took the time to talk to us and make us feel at home. She radiated when she spoke of her new hometown, Chapman, KS. Phyllis' store was beautiful, even with a huge rose delivery. She had a beautiful assortment of fresh-cut flowers, fillers, and houseplants.
Phyllis is an outstanding florist! She created an arrangement for my wife’s birthday that was just amazing! The roses were as fresh as I have ever seen. They are incredibly fragrant and seem to last forever. Phyllis’ creative talent, thoughtfulness and attention to detail makes her one of the best florists in Kansas. I highly recommend Phyllis’ Flowers & More to everyone in the Chapman, JC & Manhattan area!
