Phyllis is completely unprofessional and rude at best. From the moment my husband and I booked her for services, she displayed unprofessionalism and provided excuses. She missed our first appointment and blamed us for it, told us she checked to make sure our insurance would cover the expense of her services, and then charged our card for several hundred dollars 5 months later when she filed a claim with our insurance under medical services instead of behavior health services. Highly unimpressed. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic but good Lord, worst experiences. I had decided to put my daughter into therapy and found Phyllis online. I decided to give her a chance even though I didn't care for our initial conversation, her tone was off. I like to give everyone a chance. My daughter had all her sessions virtual due to Covid.
