Phydeaux and Friends was the only pet store in all of Austin that carried the food brand that my puppy eats. They were so helpful and kind and went out of their way to help me get the dog food I wanted, as well as help me learn about other food brands. They even gave me dog food samples that I can try out with my puppy! Their prices are also about the same as other pet stores, but their service is definitely a big plus. We went to opening day hoping to find some cool stuff for our fur babies. We were not disappointed. The products were first class and well displayed. Most impressive was the customer service. Employees were knowledgeable and attentive. Phydeaux is our new go to Pet Store. Check it out. You will not be disappointed.
