To all future past and present clients of PHW company. As it happens at the worst time you go to have a hot shower and alas no hot water. The immediate reaction to call the company you know that have provided a service to you before. I rang Monday morning explained the problem ( water was coming out of the unit). The earliest time was Wednesday but I received a call and was informed it will happen today. Henry was great, gave courtesy call 20mins before arrival. Said hello at the front door and then carried out the repair to our gas hot water with no fuss. Highly recommended
Highly recommend - second time I've used this crowd - first time replacing my hot water service - 50 litre tank for $1200 - that's very reasonable since a lot of other places quoted twice that amount. Also, they replaced and fixed my light switch, replaced my smoke alarm and replaced the insulation tubing with my air con for under $800. It was time to replace the hot water system, I researched replacement options, checked it would fit & requested quotes from several suppliers with clear instructions on what I wanted including the model makes & numbers. PHW were straight onto my request, asked for a couple of confirmation photos & had a price back in a day which was very competitive on balance. Used PHW a few times and won't use anyone else. When our hot water was out this morning, called at 8.30. Tech onsite at 9 and unit repaired by 9.20, with a complete explanation of problem. Cannot recommend highly enough.
