Called in the morning and spoke to a lovely staff member who assisted me with a quote who was very polite and helpful. After calling another couple companies just to compare i found they were more than double the price. I called PHW Services back straight away and they completed the job the same day for me. I now know why they have been around for over 40 years i guess they must be doing something right. Thanks PHW will definitely use you guys again.

I recently had my hot water service replaced and couldn't be happier with the experience. The team was professional, arrived on time and had everything up and running quickly. After getting quotes from other companies that were charging outrageous prices it was a relief to find a business that offered honest and affordable pricing without compromising on quality. Highly recommend them if you're looking for reliable service at a fair price!

Very disappointed with the poor diagnosis and unprofessional customer service of PHW. They charged me but did not fix the problem and when the problem appear again they just want more money. I suggest people go to other company. All in all, PHW is unprofessional and overcharge

Not friendly or professional over the phone. Your customer service staff should be trained to communicate politely and professionally. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
