We rang PHW about mid-day on a Saturday when our hot water system was obviously in toruble. Amazingly, they were able to get Henry to come that afternoon, and he professionally and efficiently had a new system installed. A hot shower has never been so appreciated! We have used this company before, and they have always been good. Highly recommended.

Called in the morning and spoke to a lovely staff member who assisted me with a quote who was very polite and helpful. After calling another couple companies just to compare i found they were more than double the price. I called PHW Services back straight away and they completed the job the same day for me.
