Food is great and they have very nice waitress.
RecommendedWent here last night with my family. The food was absolutely amazing. Our waitress was super helpful when we asked her to help us pick food out and she was so nice and attentive. Would definitely recommend to others especially if looking to try something different!

Phenomenal service, inexpensive menu, great food. Bonus: they give separate checks, even for large parties! Moreover, they're not in a hurry to rush you out once you finish your meal; Phuong Nam is a great place to go if you are looking to catch up with someone whom you have not seen in a long while.
