Did many years of business with this shop. Phoung the owner needs to retire. She forgets what she says and has questionable employees working for her. She list pieces we sent to her and also brought to her in her shop. Sold us diamonds as VVS1 and having it appraised was actually a VVS2. Stay away from this shop!!! If I could give her no stars I would.
Horrible i just give my necklace to fix it the charge me 50$ and close said they going to call never called me !!!!!!! What lind of irresponsable place are u!!!!!!

Buyer beware, Would not recommend! Stones are iffy and not what I paid for. Had them looked at else where and they are not the vvs1 diamonds I have on the receipt never going back here again.
