I ordered a drink with no ice, and my drink came only half full. I asked them to add water so it’s drinkable and refreshing, I only didn’t order ice because I don’t want it freezing cold. They took it back and I got a new one with water added. They said it won’t taste as much tea but it is good and had enough tea flavor.
I wonder why they did not change their name when they established business in the US. Phuc Long in American accent could be something else. Funny enough. I do like their breakfast combo. Well, their coffee is not the best but I enjoy their tea. It takes longer time for the food and drink to be served though. They are friendly and supportive, ask them nicely then they will make the drink right for you.
I love their house milk tea. Fragrant! Sweet! Creamy! Perfect amount of tea astringency. I crave it often. A little pricey for the amount you get though... A few sips and it's gone 😭 Or maybe it's because it's so tasty I want it to last longer...
Decent coffee. No air flow, so can get a bit hot
