This is a review for their new dermatology and dental building. They are EXTREMELY SLOW! even if it's a day where there isn't anyone in the waiting room. They still make you wait more than the 2 hours. I'M THE ONLY PERSON HERE AND THEY MAKE ME WAIT MORE THAN 2 HOURS. AND I'M A SKIN CANCER PATIENT, WHO NEEDS TREATMENT REGULARLY OR ELSE I'LL DIE!HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE?!
Después de esperar varios meses para la cita de dermatología, me ocurre que cuando me presento me la habían cancelado. La razón llamaron para confirmar el día anterior y no pude tomar la llamada. Su alegación fue que me llamaron 2 veces. Cierto, pero AMBAS llamadas fueron a las 10:02. Lógico que si no pude atender la primera, no podía atender la segunda hecha SOLO algunos SEGUNDOS después.
