This company is simply trash...it's all about giving in to the employees instead of being an experienced, knowledgeable person to bring to the table. Please...and I say please!!! Don't apply to this company.
6 years of my life this company took. Dennis Barnes was the one person that changed the chiller department for ever. There will be no person better at chiller diagnosing and repair then me. I quit because of the procrastination of upper management about my pay. I personally would test 20 units a day by myself with no problem at all. Ask who took my spot Brian your lead now? Brian could not beat me. So he faked leaving so I would leave. Now he thinks he’s the best. Nobody is better than me at that job.
