I've waited to write a review until I could be sure that it was well thought out and not just a grieving, emotional post. I would not recommend PHS to anyone. The PA in charge of my father's care at Reston Hospital Center did not follow through on her own recommendations and statements to us. At various times, she would indicate that she was going to change the orders (giving my father additional morphine so he was not in pain nor was he struggling for breath), but did not.
