Apartment needed rehab from smoke and water damage caused by fire in neighbors suite.Full job won’t be complete til next week but I feel I have to acknowledge their employee Michael H. Michael repaired wall damage and painted the affected room to the point it looks better than new.. PHS is lucky to have Michael as an employee and I am lucky that they sent him to work on my apartment.
