My furnace started making a rather loud noise, it was still working but I knew something was wrong. Jerry and his co-worker came over on their way home from Edmonton. I live in a small community south west of Edmonton. The issue was diagnosed quickly. It was fixable and they showed up the next day, on their way home with the parts. Within 20 minutes problem was resolved. They are kind, knowledgeable, make time for you, fair pricing and I highly recommend calling for your furnace issues.
Came home from a day away and discovered our furnace was out. Couldn't get it restarted. Called Jerry at Action and it only took him an hour to find the problem and resolve it. Very pleased with the prompt and efficient service.

Recently, our furnace began to emit a high-pitched, whining sound. Although it didn’t seem to impact performance, I felt it was safer to bring in an expert to see what was happening. I’d called Jerry three years ago for a different furnace issue. He had provided such great service then that I made sure to call him again this time around. Honestly, no regrets!
