Heather has been coloring my hair for many years and I love that it has turned out perfect every time! The salon is upbeat, nicely decorated and very comfortable. I never have any problems with appointments and Heather's always there when I arrive. What I really love is that she sends me reminders the day before. Highly recommend Phresh Lochs Salon.
