I booked this cleaning service several weeks in advance. They emailed me a cancellation notice less than 24 hours before the scheduled service. When I called to try to reschedule, they didn't answer the phone. I called back again and the person I was speaking said they were the manager and would not give me their name. I paid in advance and they did not refund my card when they cancelled the appointment. I would not recommend this service.

Phresh clean is the GOAT of cleaning services in NOLA, especially for short term rentals! I have been working with Phresh’s staff since November of last year and I am continuously impressed with their flexibility and quality of work. They are able to keep up with last minute additions and cancellations to reservations and my guest reviews on cleaning have never been below 4 stars.
