The first order placed was quality product and service. The second order placed 2 years ago was disappointing. Three people worked on one order and it went to chaos. I sm hoping that the "bugs" have finally worked themselves out. Just tried printing from ine of the completed discs and only 5 photos out of 17 were printable. Very sad.....

Hmm.. That's very disappointing, Linda. We're not perfect and sometimes things can get caught up in the shuffle, and we apologize for the inconvenience. There are only 7 of us here and we strive to be as on top of everything as possible while also taking care of every customer individually. While we're sorry you had a bad experience, we hope you might give us another chance. No bugs over here...

I recently had a passport photo taken here and I wasn't happy with the first photo. I said I'd be happy to pay for it to be redone. The man insisted on redoing it free of charge. He even took several photos of my husband and I and gave us copies of them. They looked great, were a good price and over all the customer service was also great!
