Very poor costumer service. I had a family photo session booked for Dec. 9th, 2021 and the photographer cancelled the session the same day as he had a bad cold and when I had tried to contact him the day before via email and asked for a phone call back and never received one. I did receive an email that the photo session was cancelled same day and i kindly Requested for another photographer to take the pictures as I had taken the day off and had make up and hair already paid for.
