Ricardo Photography was hired to do a slideshow for the celebration of life for my Mom. He called me, had a good conversation about what to expect and how to organize the pictures and if I wanted, to select some songs to go along with the slideshow. When I came to drop off the pictures, I went over the limits he had told me. I was very apologetic but he was so receptive and worked with me.
