Very pleased with this software in general. Along with ease in booking and Payroll, love the marketing aspect. Also, love the review section. After the guest checks out of the salon, they receive an SMS asking them to write a review. Most are five star reviews, however, if the guest did not have a five star experience, they have an outlet to share their experience. We have been using Phorest for our Hair Salon for 5 years now and we absolutely love the system. They just upgraded to cloud base and now we can log in via the web as well. Their customer service is unparalleled to any other booking system that we have used. Veronica is our rep and she is always only a text away to solving our issues! She is absolutely the best.
