They have a nice environment and a pleasant setting. The service was good, and we enjoyed the drinks. Unfortunately, the food didn’t meet our expectations and was the main reason for the 3-star rating. Overall, a good atmosphere and service, but the food could definitely be improved.
Had to delete my previous review because it was for when this location was Alo. I’m sure most the positive reviews are from previous owners. Man I wish it was still Alo and ran by that family. Workers here are really nice and the inside is nice. However I won’t be returning. The lychee fruit tea was delicious but I ended up throwing it away after considering my red flags. My wife and I have been to Phonomenal at One Loudoun and really enjoyed the food. Disappointing is the only word to describe it. The food was bland or just plain awful. I would not recommend. Skip this location and go to One Loudoun.
Nice full service restaurant with proper decor and comfortable seating. Feels exceptionally clean and food is very good. Very attentive staff.
