Fried shrimp is Amazing & fried rice it
Terrible Service! Dirty and the restaurant was smelled of nauseating rancid seafood. I went in there for a friend who insisted it was a good place. My friend no longer goes either.
Great food. We had spring rolls, calamari, and pho. Very fresh and delicious and fair priced! I recommend everyone to try when your in Visalia.
Best Pho-king place around!!! Will definitely come more often. Awesome service!!
